Approximately 500 million people experience persistent period poverty, unable to access the products and knowledge needed to manage menstruation with dignity.

To combat this, we provide underserved women and girls with safe - organic or reusable - menstrual products, alongside the body literacy resources they need and deserve.

Launched in June 2023, the goal of the Empowered Period Campaign is to provide a consistent supply of menstrual products to at least 500 individuals in Hong Kong for one year. Urgent Covid Response, Hong Kong

Urgent Covid Response, Hong Kong

In early 2022, we responded to Hong Kong's 'fifth wave' of Covid by launching an urgent Giving Campaign to support our city's most vulnerable women and girls.

Working with Grassroots Future and Refugee Union, we served 488 periods with free organic period care, double what we set out to achieve when we launched the campaign.

"As a stay-at-home mom with no extra income, I often have to worry about my family's daily expenses. LUÜNA's donations have really helped a lot by giving me the necessary period care I need."

- Ludy, community member from Refugee Union
