In 2019 I launched my period care brand Luuna, after discovering the synthetic materials in mainstream menstrual products were causing my decade of recurring infections, as well as vast environmental damage through conventional cotton farming and the widespread use of plastic.
But as we've grown, a new problem has become clear.
Our community, and our team, have still struggled to complete our self-care routines — spending hours researching ingredients, comparing brands, and trying to work out which self-care products were actually safe, effective, and worth trusting.
That's why we created Luuna Care—an evolution from simply creating our own period products to curating the very best in self-care alongside them.
Every product on our platform is thoughtfully selected, and every brand is held to the same standards of quality, care, and purpose that have guided us from the very beginning.
