- Our average consumption data for offices and schools sees around 5 products per person per month being used.
- Consumption during the first 3-6 months can be higher.
- Our Education and Engagement Programs are useful to help manage product consumption, as well as provide added value. These can be discussed with our Accounts team and come as a separate additional cost.

- Manufactured in China in an FDA-registered factory
- Chemicals and synthetic materials are bad for our health, especially when used in products that our highly absorbent intimate areas are exposed to.
- Conventional period products are covered with a synthetic layer or use conventional cotton, grown with toxic chemicals.
- A naturally hypoallergenic material grown without harmful chemicals, organic cotton solved the recurring yeast infections of our founder, as well as bringing improved health and comfort to countless LUÜNA community members.
- Our organic cotton suppliers are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), prohibiting the use of all chemicals that don't meet stringent criteria for toxicity and/or those which are harmful to humans and environment; regulates the treatment of any wastewater and eliminates the use of harmful processing techniques that can cause adverse effects on workers' health & safety.
Shipping Times: We deliver within 3-5 working days (for Hong Kong orders).
Carbon Neutral: We use a platform called Planet that powers carbon-neutral shipping. This is part of our broader plan to be carbon neutral across our overall operations. Watch this space!
Delivery: For orders placed online, deliveries are free within Hong Kong when you spend over HK$400.
Returns: For reasons of health and safety, we do not currently accept returns.
Missing Packages: If your must report a package as missing 5 days from the delivery date to hello@luuna-naturals.com
Cancellations: Once an order has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email, it is no longer possible to cancel or delay that shipment. Our warehouse begins fulfilling immediately.
