Delivery Frequency
Choose how often you'll receive your products. You can edit, pause or cancel via your account anytime.
You can contact us through phone call or email in order to edit/delete your box.
Delivery: Your products ship on your first order date every 2 or 4 months. You can change this at any time through your subscriber dashboard.
Your Account: Before you make your first payment, set up your account. This will give you access to your subscriber dashboard where you can edit orders anytime you like. Remember your login details so you can manage your subscription from your dashboard whenever you want.
Billing: You'll be automatically charged the same amount before each order is shipped. We will email you before your order is made every time, so you can decide to pause if you need to.

We deliver across Hong Kong within 2-3 working days.
There is no delivery fee for 1 or 3-month subscriptions and all subscriptions are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes.
For one-time individual orders, a delivery fee of $50 HKD is applied for orders under $400 HKD.
